Was away out of town for work, my car sat in an area of my works parking lot that got flooded, unfortunately I ended up with a half inch or inch of water in the interior. Took about a day and half, but they really did a phenomenal job! My car smelled like a sewer from that flood water, and now, it's nice and fresh, my interior as a whole as never been so clean, I can see why they charge what they do, you get what you pay for. Attached some before and after pictures.

I recently trusted NWI Customs and Detailing with my 2026 BMW X5 M60i for several upgrades, including an XPEL Stealth wrap, XPEL ceramic window tint, and an aftermarket exhaust installation and the entire experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, it was obvious this team takes incredible pride in their work. The communication throughout the process was excellent, the shop was professional and organized, and the crew was extremely knowledgeable about high-end vehicles, protection products, and performance upgrades. The XPEL Stealth wrap completely transformed the vehicle. The finish looks absolutely incredible and gave the X5 M60i an aggressive, refined look while still maintaining the elegance BMW is known for. The attention to detail throughout the wrap installation was exceptional. Clean lines, seamless edges, and a true factory-quality appearance. It’s clear they understand the level of precision required to do this type of work correctly. The XPEL ceramic window tint was equally impressive. The finish is flawless, the heat rejection is noticeable immediately, and it perfectly complements the Stealth wrap. Everything was installed with precision and c

This was my first time using their services. They were wonderful! Great service, on time, friendly. They did a beautiful job. My car is absolutely gorgeous!! There were a lot of kids in my car eating and drinking. You can't even tell They were there. Awesome job!!! I would use them again. I also referred a friend to them. I really appreciate Melissa and her team at NWI Customs. They took great care of my car. Thank you

Absolutely happy with everything here. Did tinting on two of my vehicle. Had a couple imperfections in a window. They fixed it no questions asked. Erik is a straight up guy and they do work on the nicest vehicles. Only place I will bring my cars from here on. Highly recommend this shop. Wrapped my BMW looks amazing!
